I remembered seeing this pic years ago and tried using Google to find it with no luck. (Aside from an anthro trio seemingly inspired by these designs on FA) But searching "Winter Chikorita" on DA quickly led me to this.

They're really cute. I'm partial to the cute peek-a-bangs hairstyle.
